Even before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the delivery of healthcare was evolving. As we begin to see an acceleration of trends such as virtual health visits and the shift to non-acute or ambulatory settings, it is important to understand the specific impacts on the health care supply chain. We surveyed 100 individuals who identified as either c-suite hospital leaders or supply chain leaders to gain insight into the extent of the changing delivery of care on health systems today.

One significant finding was that 90% of c-suite leaders hold their supply chain leaders at least somewhat accountable for addressing these shifts in care. Learn more about what these findings mean for your organization and how to better prepare your supply chain for the shifting delivery of care.
